Given the responses entered it appears that the required conditions for Florida Statute 163.045 have been met. As such, the tree can be pruned or removed without prior notice, permitting, or mitigation. If you had any questions or were uncertain about any of the criteria described earlier, it may be best to work with your local government to prevent potential litigation.
